How much assistance a borrower needs determines, rate, credit score is not a factor rate. 620 is the floor, 640 for Conventional. Pricing is not done in our portal. Just plug in the respective rate in your LOS.

Before locking a loan with TSAHC or TDHCA training must be completed once conditional approval is received.
When submitting a lock request, please include the following:
TSAHC Training Certificate from the Loan Officer (only Module 1 is required).
While the loan may be submitted prior to completing this training, it is strongly recommended not to delay.
